Yall that make your own calls what do you purr on? What size latex and cut do you use? I just can't seem to get it right. I've been using a 3 reed bat cut call that i yelp on in contests and i know theres better.

2 or 3 reed ghost cut is the best out there in my opinion to cluck and purr on. Check out http://www.canecreekcalls.com and watch Doug run his Lost Poult call on that web-site.
