Excellent job Mallard thanks alot! I make custom scratch boxes- known as Flatwoods Calls, my calls are well known --locally. I personally have had excellent luck with them and have had lots of feedback from others who have as well. The calls are hand-tuned and if I make one that doesn't sound like a turkey it gets scrapped cuz- what good is a turkey call that sounds nothing like a turkey. I said this due to past experience with other call makers that would make a call and sell it and it didnt matter to them if it sounded more like a sick mule! I dont have a website or anything like that but i can email pictures and info if anyone may be interested.

I'll try to get some up in the next couple of weeks- i'm havin tool trouble at the moment after i get ot straightened out and produce some a presentable call i'll post it. .

Can't wait to see them....... I hope this place turns out to be a good place to look at what is out there. I know I personally like to see what kinds of calls exist out there that do NOT have huge advertising budgets thrown behind them. Calls that good folks burn hard spent time producing them to fool the smartest of them.

Howdy Gang... here is a Field Grade call for a customer in Florida. It is a "must have" this call before May 5th for a hunt. He received it yesterday.

In has a larger 5" shell which allowed me to install a larger slate for more volume...it has variable pitches of raspiness.
