No water...... ice......

I have been trying to hunt my blind located in west central misssouri......but the unusual winter floods have caused the dam to pull the pool just above the locks down to almost NO water..... I went from having too much water to not enuff. Now the cold cold weather is coming.....what pool water is there is freezing up..... C'mon "old man winter/ole' man river" please cooperate and throw me a bone........
